The Credit and Collection Management Consulting Group of the Chemeria Consultancy is the original backbone of this business. This division of our firm was founded in 1984 within a Los Angeles Harbor Area collection agency.

Our Chief Consultant, Hon.* Tony Inocentes,Sr., QM, (*Retired) is a nationally recogized pioneer and leader of the credit and collection industry. He is one of only 3 credit and collection professionals in the world to ever achieve his level of experience and qualifications in this industy. His children followed their father into the collection industry and are youngest collection agency owners in the USA as the majority stockholders of MasTon Capital .

In 1992 the California Department of Consumer Affair's, Bureau of Collection and Investigative Services ceased it's program of policing the collection agency industry when the state legislature sunset the regulatory powers of the Bureau over collection agencies.
