The Chemeria Consultancy was founded in 1984 by the Honorable Tony Inocentes  to consult accounts receivable executives. Since opening our doors for business we have provided professional guidance on developing credit extension policies, accounts receivable procedures  and bad debt recovery strategies.

Moving forward 23 years into 2007, you will take notice that we have expanded our consulting to include more disciplines. We have become proficient in politics, governmental relations,  website design, voice broadcasting, and automated polling also known as IVR and robo survey opinion polls.
